Empowering Women's Transformation Journey
Celeste has dedicated her life to nurturing women's transformation. While this journey started over 2 decades ago helping parents durning pregnancy and childbirth, it has morphed greatly now that she has a 9 year old daughter & 11 year old son of her own. Mothering during what she calls a MIDLIFE REBIRTH (it's only a CRYsis if you numb or deny it) has helped her REinvent herself and her offerings to the world. She believes in the invaluable lessons learned in the womb and early childhood...so much so , she had a mid life shift to become an early childhood teacher at Under the Canopy School (The 1st Waldorf Charter school in Oklahoma!). The lessons learned in this new profession has informed her to refocus on inner child healing. She offers women's circles, weekly Embodied Yoga classes, Online commUnity offerings and Retreats!

Solstice & SuperMoon 2026 Illumination
This 4 session series (on zoom) is meant to kick off the 2026 Year of the Horse.
Drop into closing out your 2025 year by working intentionally with the energies of Solstice in commUNITY! We then meet around the 1st & Second FULL supermoon & New Moon of 2026 . Join our supportive group to experience powerful yogic tools, somatic dance, journal prompts and most of all commUNITY during these powerful times to be alive! These sessions will be on ZOOM.
